How do I create a store?
From the homepage choose Create a store or Start now, enter your email and password, and follow the steps. You will choose a store name and industry (fashion, electronics, food, and so on). Then add products and configure settings from the dashboard. The free trial lets you explore features before you commit.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page choose Forgot password and enter your email. We will send a reset link. Check spam if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Can I have more than one store?
Each account is currently linked to one store. To create a second store, register with another email account.
The store and products
How do I add a product?
From the dashboard go to Products, then Add product. Enter the name, description, and price, and upload images. You can set quantity and category. Save and the product appears in your store immediately. You can use AI tools to suggest descriptions or titles.
How do I change my store theme?
From Settings or Appearance you can choose the template that fits your industry. Some options may require a paid plan.
Orders and payments
How do I receive orders?
Orders appear in the dashboard under Orders. You get a notification for each new order. Update the status (processing, shipped, completed) to stay organized and keep the customer informed.
What payment methods are available?
We integrate with local and global payment gateways for your region. In store settings you can enable the methods that fit you (such as Click or others when available).
Subscription and support
What is the difference between the free and paid plans?
The free plan lets you create a basic store and start selling. Paid plans unlock extras such as a custom domain, advanced analytics, and priority support. Details appear in the dashboard when you choose a plan.
How do I contact support?
Inside the dashboard there is a Help or Customer service button. You can also visit Help center and Contact us. We aim to reply within 24–48 business hours.
